Timothy Morton

Tim is passionate about estates, covering planning, probate, administration, and dispute resolution. His deep understanding simplifies complex issues for clients, aiming to ease burdens during grief, mitigate tax implications, and prevent legal disputes. Tim, experienced in will-related matters, handles family provision claims, informal will applications, and challenges to will validity.

Active in tribunals like the Guardianship Tribunal, Tim holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) in Wills & Estates. He taught at the Australian National University and is part of the ACT Law Society’s Elder Law & Succession Committee.
