Timothy Morton

Tim, experienced in will-related matters, handles family provision claims, informal will applications, and challenges to will validity.
Active in tribunals like the Guardianship Tribunal, Tim holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) in Wills & Estates. He taught at the Australian National University and is part of the ACT Law Society’s Elder Law & Succession Committee.
