Provided a refresher on the key principles of electronic execution with reference to the current legislative framework, with a focus on the ACT and NSW;

Set out any recent updates in the electronic execution landscape; and

Explained the practical steps to effect electronic execution through platforms such as DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign and the consequences associated with the use of those platforms.
