In a special Canberra event inconjunction with the Federal Court of Australia and the ACT Bar Association, a panel of Justices of the Federal Court will explore the essentials of practice in this important jurisdiction. Covering a wide array of practice areas and key aspects of how matters are run, this session is a must for Canberra practitioners.
This session will assist you to identify when the Federal Court might be the best forum for your matter, and will guide you on the practical handling of cases. The session will be important to all barristers and solicitors with a litigation practice, including those who are not familiar with the Court.
