Supervision and confidentiality in remote working arrangements
As many ACT law practices change their work arrangements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is timely for the ACT Law Society’s Legal Profession Act and Ethics Committee to offer guidance to members on supervision of staff working remotely and ensuring confidentiality of client information.
This guidance is also applicable to this subject matter in situations where COVID-19 is not relevant.
