R U OK Day 2020
Have you ever asked yourself “What can I do to improve health and wellbeing, as a leader, as a manager, as a colleague, as a friend and for myself”?
R U OK Day is this Thursday 10 September, and the Law Society is hosting a free seminar with R U OK Community Ambassador Martin Brooker.
Martin will discuss the importance of conversations in contributing to health and positive wellbeing, and share strategies that can contribute to overall work/life wellness for you, your colleagues, and and your family.
About R U OK?

- Boosting people’s confidence to meaningfully connect and ask about life's ups and downs
- Nurturing a sense of responsibility to regularly connect and support others
- Strengthening a sense of belonging because we know people are there for us
